Ice Rental

Curling ice is available for rentals starting the first weekend in December through the last weekend in March.
ALL participants are requested to:
  1. Dress appropriately for 2 hours of physical activity in 28 degree temperatures. Wear layers of warm, loose fitting clothing and sweatpants or athletic pants.  Gloves/mittens and hats are also recommended.
  2. Bring clean rubber-soled shoes (athletic shoes).  NOTE: Guests without clean shoes will not be permitted on the ice.  You must carry your clean shoes into the club.
MEMBERS:
  1. Club members are permitted to bring family/friends to the club, free of charge. Members will be held responsible for the actions of their guests.
  2. All guests must sign a RELEASE OF LIABILITY form prior to entering the ice arena (form to be provided by the Club).
  3. Maximum number of guests is seven (7).
  4. If there are more than 7 guests, the member must schedule ice time with the Ice Rental Chair and pay $10.00 for every guest.
NON-MEMBERS:
  1. Ice Rental Coordinator must be contacted to schedule ice time.
  2. All guests must sign a RELEASE OF LIABILITY form prior to entering the ice arena (form to be provided by the Club).
  3. A minimum of two volunteer club members must be present during the rental period to help with ice preparation, safety talk, curling instruction, upholding the rules governing club use, and to clean-up afterwards.
  4. Cost: $150 per hour with a two hour minimum.
  5. A 20% discount is available to advertisers for one rental per year.
  6. Youth Group Rates (under 18 years of age) of $10 per youth shall apply to groups from the four county area of Montmorency, Otsego, Crawford and Oscoda counties.
